The second volume of the OST that came with DVD 9 seems to have been posted on youtube, but there still seems  to be no straight rip of the actual CD.

On Friday's 10-11:20 episode of Yoshimoto Online webcast, Toyonaga Toshiyuki (Mikado's seiyuu) and Miyano Mamoru (Kida's seiyuu) appeared as guests. They revealed new info about the 9th volume of Durarara!!DVD, and as you might know, it comes with the second OST of DRRR!!-

And the cover is Psychedelic Shizuo.
